Fish Soup 鱼汤

Ingredients A:
2pcs Fresh Fish
1pcs Carrot
2pcs Tomatoes
4pcs Red Shallots (chopped)
1pcs Garlic Clove (chopped)

Ingredients B:
6glass Water
10g Old Ginger
1pack Dapur Desa Fish Soup Spices
Pinch of Salt
Some Celery Leaf for garnish purpose

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Rinse the fish with salt so the fish does not smell fishy.
2. Cut the Fishs, Carrot and Tomatoes to pieces.
3. Heat oil and stir fry Red Shallots & Garlic until fragrant.
4. Add in Ginger, Carrot, and Fish, pan fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add in Water, Dapur Desa Fish Soup Spices & Tomato, boil for 5 minutes.
6. Put some salt to taste and celery leaf for garnish. Serve Hot.

材料A:
2只新鲜鱼 (洗净切块)
1条红萝卜
2颗番茄
4颗小红葱(切碎)
1个蒜头(切碎)

成份B:
6杯清水
10克老姜
1包 Dapur Desa 帝莎鱼汤香料袋
少许盐
少许香芹叶(点缀)

烹调方法:
1. 把鱼用盐彻底的洗干净,避免有鱼腥味。
2. 热锅,加入小红葱及蒜米爆香。
3. 加入姜片、红萝卜和鱼块,继续拌炒2-3分钟。
4. 倒入清水、1包 Dapur Desa 帝莎煲汤香料袋及蕃茄继续煮至所有材料软嫩及入味(约5分钟)。
5. 适量的加入盐调味,最后撒上香芹叶点缀即可。趁热享用。
