Crispy Fried Chicken 《香脆家乡鸡》

INGREDIENT:
1kg Chicken Meat (Wash & Cut)
1 Egg
200g Dapur Desa All Purpose Fried Chicken Flour
Method:
1. Heat Oil.
2. Slightly beaten the egg, wrapped the chicken with a layer of egg, then coated with a layer of Fried Chicken Powder.
3. Put into the pot, use medium heat fry until golden brown or cooked.
材料:
1公斤鸡肉(洗净斩块)
1颗鸡蛋
200g 帝莎多用途炸鸡粉
方法:
1. 热油锅。
2. 鸡蛋稍打散,顺序把鸡肉裹上一层蛋汁,然后再沾上一层炸鸡粉。
3. 放入锅子以中火炸至金黄色或熟透。
