Sambal Petai Udang《叁巴臭豆蝦》

Sambal Paste:
Sweet and salty sauce tastes of Sambal Paste is Malaysia's popular sauces, can use in many ways in cooking recipes, if you like abit more spicy, can add some chilli for better tastes.

<SAMBAL PRAWN With PETAI>

Ingredient:

300g Prawn Meat
200g Petai
1pcs Red Chilli (Shredded)
1 pack Natural Leaf's Sambal Paste (150g)
1/3 Glass Water

Method:

1. Heat oil, fry prawn meat & petai for about 30 seconds, pick up and ready for use.

2. Heat 1 full spoon of cooking oil, fry Sambal Paste until fragrant, put in water and prawn meat, lastly add petai & red chilli, stir well and ready to serve.

p/s: Petai also can replace to Asparagus or Eggplants.


叁巴醬:
咸中带甜的叁巴酱是马来西亚很受欢迎的酱料,叁巴食谱用途广阔,喜欢吃辣一点的,可以随意加入适量辣椒增加辛辣度。

《叁巴蝦仁臭豆》

材料:

300克蝦仁
200克臭豆
1條紅辣椒,切絲
一包康叶叁巴醬(150g)
1/3杯清水

做法:

1. 热油锅,放入虾仁及臭豆炸约30秒,捞起备用。

2. 烧热一大匙油,爆香叁巴醬,加入水和蝦仁炒勻,再加入臭豆和紅辣椒絲翻炒均匀即可。

注:不吃臭豆也可改為芦笋、茄子等。
