Vegetable Chicken Soup 蔬菜鸡汤

Ingredients A :
600g Chicken
4pcs Potatoes
2pcs Onions
2pcs Carrots
2pcs Tomatos
Ingredients B:
6glass Water
1pack Dapur Desa Bunju Soup Spices
Pinch of Salt
Some Celery Leaf for garnish purpose
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut all the Ingredients A to pieces, ready to use.
2. Boiled Chicken Meats, Potatoes, Onions and Carrots for 5 minutes.
3. Add in a pack Dapur Desa Bunju Soup Spices and 2 tomatos cut in pieces, boiled until all the ingredients tender and tasty.
4. Put some salt and celery leaf for garnish. Serve Hot.
材料A:
600克鸡肉
4颗马铃薯
2颗洋葱
2条红萝卜
2颗番茄
材料B:
6杯清水
1包 Dapur Desa 帝莎煲汤香料袋
少许盐
少许香芹叶(点缀)
烹调方法:
1. 把材料A的所有食材切成适当的大小。
2. 把清水煮沸,加入鸡肉、马铃薯、洋葱、红萝卜煮大约5分钟。
3. 加入1包 Dapur Desa 帝莎煲汤香料袋及蕃茄继续煮至所有材料软嫩及入味。
4. 适量的加入盐调味,最后撒上香芹叶点缀即可。趁热享用。
